Threads, hole spacing and surface finish are sampled during forming and assembly, with deviations corrected before the next batch.

Pre-shipment inspection
A pulled sample is measured, counted and checked against the approved sample; findings are shared before packing is closed.

Carton marking, label placement and packing lists are checked, then export documents are prepared for the agreed terms.
